  1. Festival Date and Hours

    Cal Jam 18 will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018. Doors open at 11:00AM.
    Saturday music starts at 12:00PM.
    Campers must check in October 5th, 2018 between the hours of 12:00PM-11:30PM.
    Friday night gates to music and good times open at 6:00PM.
    Friday night music starts at 7:00PM.

  3. What time do doors open?

    Saturday doors open at 11:00AM.
    Friday doors open at 6:00PM.
    Campers must check in October 5th, 2018 between the hours of 12:00PM-11:30PM.

  4. What are campground hours?
    Campgrounds will open for entry at 12:00PM on Friday October 5th and remain open 24 hours a day until 12:00PM on Sunday October 7th.
    CAMPGROUND TOLL BOOTHS WILL ONLY BE OPEN TO ACCEPT CAMPERS UNTIL 11:30PM ON FRIDAY OCTOBER 5TH.
    YOU MUST ARRIVE ON FRIDAY TO BE ACCEPTED INTO CAMPING.
  5. Where do we park?
    Upon arrival to the venue please follow all festival signs and directions into the parking lots.
  6. Do we have to pay for parking?

    General parking is included in your festival ticket purchase.
    Preferred parking is sold separately and located adjacent to the festival grounds.
    Preferred parking placards will be delivered in advance of show. Follow all festival parking signs and directions into the designated lots.

    The preferred lot is only open on Saturday, Oct. 6th and closes at 2:00AM. No overnight parking or camping in this lot (no vehicle ins/outs).

    For campers coming in two vehicles, the auxiliary lot is included for the second vehicle. Car campsites only accommodate one car.

  7. Will alcohol be served?
    Yes anyone who is going to be consuming alcohol on festival grounds must have a 21+ government issue valid photo ID to collect a 21+ wristband at ID checking stations onsite.
  8. Are we allowed to leave and re-enter the festival?

    There will be no re-entry for GA ticket holders once entering the event.
    Campers may go in and out of the music venue to the campgrounds.

  10. Will there be ATM’s?
    Yes, ATM’s will be located inside of the festival venue at assorted locations.
  11. Where is lost and found located? Hours?
    You can check for and reclaim your lost items at guest services on the main festival grounds.
    Guest services will be open from 11:00AM – 12:30AM (909.880.6500).
  12. Can I bring food into the festival?

    NO.

    Outside food and drink (except empty water bottles) will not allowed in the festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the festival.

    A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact location). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.

  13. Can I buy tickets at the event?
    There is no guarantee that there will be tickets available at the venue on the day of the show.
  14. I've lost my ticket what should I do?
    All ticket resolution and questions can be addressed at the main festival box office on festival grounds.
  15. Will there be a first aid area? Where is it?
    There will be medical services at various locations on the festival grounds and in the campgrounds.
  16. What happens if it rains?
    Cal Jam 18 is a rain or shine event!
  17. What kinds of security measures are at the festival?
    All Patrons, their bags, backpacks and vehicles are subject to search upon entry to the festival grounds and campgrounds.
  18. Will there be a place to charge my cell phone?
    Mobile charging stations will be located inside of the festival venue at assorted locations.
  19. What are the water park hours?

    Merch will be available at various authorized locations onsite.

    All major credit cards accepted.

    No, everything is included. There’s so much room for activities.

  24. Are there any age restrictions?

    Cal Jam 18 is an all ages show. Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. Children 5 and under do not require a ticket.

    Please visit guest services to receive our family wristband! Complimentary for families with children- helps to identify children and include contact information on your little one!

  3. How do I get my ticket if I didn’t get it in the mail?
    If you haven’t received your tickets prior to the event you can pick-up all of your tickets at the box office will call at the venue. Please make sure to bring a valid form of ID and Confirmation #.
  4. What if I need to change my existing order?

    THERE WILL BE A VEHICLE LOCKDOWN IN THE CAMPGROUNDS ON SATURDAY OCT 6, BETWEEN 10:00PM – 2:00AM. NO VEHICLES WILL ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUNDS DURING THIS TIME WHILE WE ALLOW PEDESTRIANS TO EXIT THE VENUE.

    THIS ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR STAFF. WE’LL DO OUR BEST TO GET YOU OUT AT SOON AS POSSIBLE.
  2. When can I arrive to set up camp?

    The campground will open Friday, October 5th, at 12:00PM and will close Sunday, October 7th, at 12:00PM. The campground will remain open 24 hours/day throughout the entire festival.

    CAMPGROUND TOLL BOOTHS WILL ONLY BE OPEN TO ACCEPT CAMPERS UNTIL 11:30PM FRIDAY OCTOBER 5TH. YOU MUST ARRIVE ON FRIDAY TO BE ACCEPTED INTO CAMPING. NO EXCEPTIONS

  3. How big is a campsite?
    Each Tent Camping spot is 10’ x 10’

    Each Car Camping spot is 10’ x 30’

    Each RV Campsite is 15’ x 45’

    One Camping Pass = One Campsite.

    Tent Campsite accommodates up to 4 campers. Your tent and belongings must fit inside your Campsite.

    Car and RV Campsites accommodates up to 6 campers. Your vehicle, tent and belongings must fit inside your Campsite.

    We recommend that you and your friends conduct a test campout before you head to the fest to be sure your tent and belongings fit on your Campsite. We support you!
  4. I want to camp by my friends, can I save them a spot?
    Nope – no saving spots or Campsites! If you want to camp with your friends you must arrive together. Actual Campsites are allocated upon arrival, so you and your friends need to show up together to camp next to each other!
  5. I'm camping, can I go into town for the day with my vehicle?
    NO
  6. I need a 2nd Parking Pass, can I get one? 

    No – if you have another car it must go into the Auxiliary lot and cannot enter the campgrounds. One vehicle per camping space.
  7. How does Camping work?
    1. Purchase your FESTIVAL TICKET (everyone is required to have their own Festival Ticket).

    2. Once you have decided to camp, you will now need to purchase a CAMPING PASS.
      Tent Camping Passes are $169+fees
      Car Camping Passes are $189 +fees
      RV Camping Passes are $279 +fees

      Tent campsites can accommodate up to 4 people. Car and RV Campsite can accommodate up to 6 people. Only one person in your group will need to purchase a Camping Pass. Everyone, including yourself, will need to purchase a Festival Ticket. 
Remember: all wristbands 4/tent, 6/Car and RV will ship to the purchaser.
  8. Car and RV Parking Pass Rules
    Camping Passes will not be honored unless associated with a vehicle and a festival ticket. Car and RV parking passes will not be honored without a camping wristband.
  9. Can I buy my Festival Ticket during the Early Bird and my Camping Pass later?
    Yes, you can buy a Camping Pass at a later date; however, if you choose to do this – you will pay for shipping twice (one for your Festival Ticket and then again for your Camping Pass). More importantly, camping is only available while supplies last. If camping sells out, you will not be able to purchase a Camping Pass – so we highly encourage fans to purchase everything at their earliest convenience to ensure the festival experience of their choice!
  10. What if the people I’m camping with are arriving at different times?
    If you don’t drive in together, you won’t be able to camp next to each other. You should plan on meeting up prior to driving into camping. The same applies to tent-only camping. There is no saving spots. Arrive together to camp together.
  11. Are there assigned camping spots?
    Campsites will be assigned upon arrival.
  12. How do I receive my Camping Wristbands?
    The purchaser of the camping spot will receive the camping wristbands in the mail. If you did not purchase a Camping Pass, make sure to link up with your friend that did! You will all need to arrive together when coming to Cal Jam 18 and entering the campgrounds. Festival Tickets, Parking Pass and Camping Wristbands will be mailed to the purchaser. Your Festival Ticket is separate from your camping wristband.
  13. What happens after you receive everything in the mail?
    READ YOUR PACKET THOROUGHLY!!!

    Bring everything in your packet with you! Put on your CAMPING wristband(s), display your camping placard and don’t forget your FESTIVAL Tickets.

    Once you arrive at Cal Jam 18, the signs and staff will direct you to the campgrounds.
  14. Do we have to buy a Parking Pass?
    No – Camping packages include space for ONE car or RV within a campsite. Every vehicle entering our campgrounds MUST have a camping pass. Secondary vehicles will not be allowed to enter the campgrounds but there will be auxiliary parking. Tent camping does not include parking.
  15. How do I know where to park at the festival?
    Upon your arrival to Cal Jam 18 Music Festival you will be directed to the appropriate parking area by our parking staff. There will also be plenty of signs directing you on where to go to park.
  16. What facilities will be in the campgrounds?
    All campers will have access to the following:
    • Restrooms 

    • Showers Hours: Sat 7:00AM-8:00PM | Sun 6:00am-12:00PM

    • Hand-washing Stations 

    • Water Refill Stations for Water Bottle Refilling Only (No RV Water) 

    • Daily trash / recycling collection
    • General Store (Beer and Wine Available)

    • Charging stations for cell phones
    • Food & Beverage Vendors
    Can I cook at my campsite? Yes, but only on a camp stove using a small propane canister (such as Coleman 16.4 oz propane canister). No campfires or larger propane or other fuel tanks will be allowed.
  17. What do we do with our trash at our Campsite? 

    #1 RULE – If you bring it with you, take it home. We will have trash cans and recycling bins in each campground for your use. They will be emptied every day!
  18. Campground Prohibited Items

    Campers in possession of prohibited items may be expelled from the grounds, or reported to the appropriate authorities, at the organizer’s discretion. Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.

    There are various ADA locations around the festival site for our ADA guests.
  2. Can I bring my prescription medication into the festival?
    Yes, you can bring in your prescription medication. All medication must be in the appropriate labeled bottle. All medical prescriptions and accompanying names need to match the prescription holder’s government issued ID.
  3. Where is ADA parking?
    All ADA guests should follow directions to Glen Helen Regional Park Amphitheater and follow festival signs to designated ADA parking.
  4. I am mobility impaired - where can I view the concert?
    There will be ADA platforms at each stage area. These areas will require ADA wristbands to gain access. You can get such a wristband at ADA and guest services inside the event.
  5. Are service animals allowed in the festival and the campgrounds?
    Yes service animals are allowed with accompanied certification and identifiers. No emotional support animals will be allowed.
